pressing F8 does not work

i was reseting my toshiba to factory setting forgot to plug it in battery ran out every thing stoped ,so now i can not load restore by pressing F8 and no windows 7 help plzssssssssssssssss

Know anyone with a Windows disc that is the same version as yours? Might have killed the recovery partition. You might also be able to buy a backup disc from Toshiba too. Check their support site.
