Pretty sure these are dead pixels can somebody confirm?

Bought a brand new laptop (Hp Envy 13t) and it worked well for me for about 20 days before I started to notice these dots all over my screen. I've already checked with blue red and green backgrounds and those dots are still there so I was wondering if these were dead pixels, seems weird though since the issue extends from one side of the screen to the other all equal distance apart.

It may not be dead pixels but you do want to contact HP or exchange the laptop from where you got it for a different one. I see marks like this at times when the screen hits the keys but it may not be the case with yours, especially if this is a screenshot and not a photo of the screen.
