Printing "Notes" that were authored on PPC

I often create "notes" on my HP 2210 in the "pencil/pen" mode (my own hand
writing). When I synch, I can view the "notes" from Outlook, but can't print
them. In viewing the notes, I enter Ctrl P, get a print dialogue box, choose
print, and nothing goes. All works fine when printing non scripted notes?

Wow, in all the time I used Notes I never hit that (or have forgotten
it--I use Pocket Word for all drawing stuff now). Looks like a bug--
prints fine unless there's an embedded wmf picture object.

Try this kludge.
From within the Outlook Note, Do a Ctrl A (select all), Ctrl C (copy)
Open WordPad or Word
Do a Ctrl V (paste)
If you see the embedded object then you should be able to print from
there.

I'm still looking for an application that can do simple drawing on the
ppc, sync it to the pc, see and MODIFY the drawing there with similar
controls, and sync it back. Similar to RiteMail but without emailing
the note. Lots of drawing programs out there but none that I can find
with both ppc and pc pieces--not even PhatPad I believe. Even something
on the pc (i.e. old InkWriter) that could directly edit and save the PWI
note files would work although it couldn't modify old objects like RM.
Crazy nobody has written anything.

Jud. Thanks for the reply. Yes, I tried the old copy & paste--with no
success. When pasted in Word, the text was severely condensed and spread out
all over the document. It was unreadable and unprintable.

It is hard to believe that this simple function doesn't work. I guess when
all is said, I'm simply trying to print a PWI file on my PC. I never
considered using Pocket Word. Tried it and it worked as expected. Not sure
why Word Works and notes doesn't. Will use until Notes can be printed.

Again, thanks.
