Problem: Can't download anything nor watch GIGANTIC PROBLEM

When i try to watch animes on every sites possible (i.e. chia-anime, animefushige etc.) it goes green screen i tried the accelerated hardware but still didn't work and when i try to update to update my graphics driver i can't even to download it says unknown network error and then i tried proxy but still didn't work i even cleared the cache as some says. Now i can't download any thing and the same thing happen to my other laptop -_-

graphics driver: Intel hd graphics 4000
windows 8 64-bit

If it happened to another machine, it is probably your connection. Have you tried to re-boot your modem/router?

Could you post the specs of your PC please? It would help in narrowing down the problem; mainly to see if certain hardware is prone to being faulty. Could you also test your internet speed? Try www.speedtest.net or www.speakeasy.net/speedtest like reedo_43 suggested.

Could you also post what brand and model computer you have? Also, are you using Wi-Fi or ethernet (plug in internet)? It seems your download is really slow for some reason, much slower than your upload speed. How fast of internet speed are you supposed to be getting?

its an asus netbook vivobook x202e and i'm using Wi-fi and tried ethernet yet nothing, plus its this time of year where every internet in the ph gets slow by the strong rains and stuff. But when our internet is on its finest it still has the same problem

(could you also tell me the network adapters you are using) Is the laptop plugged in or on battery when you have these issues; disregarding the storms and such? Also try going to Control Panel, System & Security, Power Options, click High Performance, then click change plan settings, Change Advanced Plan Settings, Change Unavailable Settings, then find wifi adapter and make sure it is set to Maximum Performance.

i tried all of that yet nothing and I'm pretty sure this three adapters are the one i'm using: Microsoft Kernel Debug Network Adapter, Qualcomm Atheros AR8162/8166/8168 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.30) and Qualcomm Atheros AR9485WB-EG Wireless Network Adapter

Ok, so are you using Wireless or Ethernet currently? What web browser are you using, as sometimes trying another web browser helps? (sorry for all the q's I'm just trying to get as much info as possible lol)

I'm currently using wireless, but sometimes ethernet if i want to. I use chrome mostly, but ever since that problem occurred it affected the browsers im using like FireFox and IE when i test them. No problem bro, just keep asking I want to resolve this problem
