Could you also post what brand and model computer you have? Also, are you using Wi-Fi or ethernet (plug in internet)? It seems your download is really slow for some reason, much slower than your upload speed. How fast of internet speed are you supposed to be getting?

Have you tried going to Device Manager, Network Adapters, (Your Network Adapter)Properties, and disabled any power saving features? (could you also tell me the network adapters you are using) Is the laptop plugged in or on battery when you have these issues; disregarding the storms and such? Also try going to Control Panel, System & Security, Power Options, click High Performance, then click change plan settings, Change Advanced Plan Settings, Change Unavailable Settings, then find wifi adapter and make sure it is set to Maximum Performance.

i tried all of that yet nothing and I'm pretty sure this three adapters are the one i'm using: Microsoft Kernel Debug Network Adapter, Qualcomm Atheros AR8162/8166/8168 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.30) and Qualcomm Atheros AR9485WB-EG Wireless Network Adapter
