Problem Software when Export a Video

Hello ! I will talk fast about my problem ! I use the software "Action Mirillis" for recording my videos. When i record and i playback the video (which was recorded with Action) , the quality is very good . After i put the video in Filmora Wondershare and i export it , the quality decrease obviously . How i can export the video without losing quality?

Choose a different export format which doesn't use lossy compression.

I have used AVI format , so if i change to let's say MP4 , it will not decrease my quality?
