problem with audio

i have a pc that have a sound card with : 8 channel configuration + optical s/pdif out port and a monitor that have mic in and mic out , also have 2 hdmi 1 dp and 1 mini dp how can i conect my ps4 to the monitor and get the sound on the hometheater conected to the optical from the sound card?

You can't go through the monitor or PC.
You will need to connect an optical audio cable directly from the PS4 to the HTS. If it only has one optical input you will need to get an optical input selector so you can switch between the PC and PS4.
