Problem with deleting

How do I delete apps that are built in on the Alcatel one touch?

You can't delete/uninstall most apps that come with the device, preinstalled. And there are many different Alcatel One Touch phones, but the answer would be the same. Even if you were to root the device, which I can't advise you on, it still may not allow for all preinstalled ones to be removed.
