Problem with GeForce Experience

Hey guys,

So, my mate got his new laptop about a week ago. When he opens GeForce Experience, it registers that he has a GeForce 840M, but the features/services like ShadowPlay and BatteryBoost. It says that the laptop doesn't have the proper GPU for these features.

I don't think that particular GPU supports ShadowPlay. Not all of them do.
