Problem with hookig up cable help

how do i hook up cable to my Maxent P420142x2 Tv using adigital tv converter box made by NAXA n-52

Is your question how to connect your cable service to this box? Can't do that. The box is for over the air broadcasts so it connects to an antenna.
If you question is how to connect the Naxa converter to the TV the standard RCA audio (usually Red/White) and RCA Video (yellow) connection is what you use. Your TV should have this same connection. The cables look like these:
