Problem with Pioneer PDP-501MX

Plasma TV Pioneer PDP 501MX problem .Its not turning on I can hear an relays clicking noice from the supply unit but its not turning on but the green light is on

If this is the model with the umbilical - check that first. They get weak from hanging there.
