Question Problem with Samsung Smart TV after soft reset

The whole problem starts when Netflix wouldn't open. So I chose factory reset from Menu -> Settings The big problem came later. In the TV settings: Network, Terms and Agreement, Screen/Cable/Satellite and Step 4.

Samsung Smart TV un40ju6100kxzl, freezes after Screen/Cable/Satellite selection. What do they diagnose? I tried to open Samsung Hidden Menu but it doesn't show up. The screen turns on but stays black. Any solution? Do I need professional technical intervention?
