Problem with vizio p502ui-B1: Picture is incredibly dark on hdmi 5

I have the vizio p502ui-B1 and when I went to play xbox on hdmi 5 the picture was incredibly dark. I did a factory reset and it seemed to fix the problem, however when I went to check it today the screen was very dark again. Has anyone encountered this problem before, or know of a way to resolve it?

Enter your TV's menu and enable Cinema/Theater/Movie mode, and turn off all dynamic contrast/color/brightness, etc settings. You don't want anything that's dynamic. These two simple steps will give you the best results possible, without professionally and manually calibrating your TV display. Let me know how it turns out.

I didn't change any of my settings though, the picture looked fine on hdmi 5 before. What would cause the screen to randomly turn very dark? The brightness didn't change on any of the other hdmis, only hdmi 5.
