Problems with 2 fingers scrolling and zoomin function

I actually have a lot of problem finding a way to reactivate the 2 fingers scroll on my touchpad.
I downloaded Windows 10 last week and switched back to 8.1 after a day cause I had few issues.

I looked on internet for some options but nothing seem to work.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may resolve that issue.
- Go go Control Panel and click on Mouse
- Once Mouse Properties is open click on Device Settings tab
- Under Devices, select device from the Devices box and then click Settings
- From the opened windows, under Select an item from the left pane, expand Scrolling.
- Under Scrolling click on Two-Finger Scrolling
- On the right pane put a check on all the boxes starting from Enable vertical scrolling and click OK once done.
