this is actually a very limited point of view

1st games are cheaper in disc version (it shouldn't be the case BUT it is)
2nd you can NOT resell any game you buy digitally
3rd many parts of the world still have not so good internet connection

the ONLY reasons the PS5 without disc exists are the followings, and they are all in the advantage of Sony NOT the customer:

• they have a cheaper console as appeal product
• the customers will be forced to buy everything on the online store at Sony's price, no alternative
