With the PS5 Digital Edition, Sony has a reasonable point of entry into the next generation that undercuts the Xbox Series X by $100. And it has the games people care about.

I'm not sure it's the PS5 digital can really be compared to the Series S, though. They're for two very different kinds of players. The Series S is for budget conscious gamers still playing at 1080p, while the digital PS5 is literally just a PS5 with no optical drive. The real difference is whether or not 4k gaming is worth an extra $100, particularly if your current setup isn't 4k. As for exclusives, yeah Sony has made announcements, but at this point, most of their first party stuff doesn't come out until next year. Add to that the fact that Sony doesn't seem interested in offering anything like Game Pass's day one delivery, and each of those must-have titles sets you back an extra $60-$70, and that $100 "savings" disappears really fast...

This has been the most biased page I have ever seen. Tom, you’re delusional. How much are they paying you? We can all see that Xbox has started off better this gen. We also know the ecosystem Xbox has created, & brought mobile gaming to a whole another level. Something Sony hasn’t done. Don’t forget, without Microsoft pushing Crossplay, Sony players wouldn’t be able to enjoy it. Stop being biased.
