Hello,

I was bored, and was going through my phone.
And i clicked Sim pin (why the heck is that there) and it said Pin blocked . So i restarted my phone then it came to this. Enter PUK code(what does that mean) then when i enter random pins or my own pin it doesn`t work , but there`s an emergency button, that you can call 911 or emergency calls.

Indeed. The PUK code is a "PIN unlock code," which you'd need to unlock your SIM pin. Most GSM carriers have this code locked so you cannot take it and put it into a competitors phone, i.e. a different carrier.
