PUK code for HTC One M8 Verizon Wireless

I am trying to take my verizon htc one m8 to t mobile and am being told that i need a puk code, they are refusing to give me one. How do i get the puk code please

You'll need to get the PUK code from Verizon - it's specific to your phone or SIM, and they're the only one who have it.
