Purchase only a phone from fido

Hello,
i wanna buy a phone from Fido without any agreement , only purchase the phone and after i wanna use Roger supplier . Is it possible ??? Do i have to unlock the phone

Sure, you can go buy one from Rogers, but you'll end up paying full price. Your best bet there would be to look on Ebay or something for a used or surplus phone.
