Purple/Pink Spots on LCD Panel of my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ150

I am not aware of how these dots appeared on LCD panel, though they are not appearing in pics and my Camera is working perfectly, so i think this issue is related LCD panel only, any suggestion?? shall i replace the LCD panel?

Is it worth paying $40 to fix? If everything else works fine why risk potential damage from opening the Case up.
