put lcd parts in DLP TV chasis

I have a Samsung DLP TV with no parts inside, I also have a lg lcd TV with a cracked screen can I put the lcd parts in the DLP body?

If it fits yea, since it's just a shell to hold the electronics don't see why not. Although you saying it has a cracked screen, you need to replace that.
You can't use a DLP screen with the rest of it being from an LCD TV if that is what you are asking.
