Question on 2 laptops.

i am planning to buy a laptop, narrowed down to these 2 laptops but can't tell which one is better overall;

i don't care much about gaming since i have a desktop for that, and uh.. i heard from friends that Acer brand computers are usually bad... though that doesn't really help me at all, since all they said was Acer = automatically terrible. please help me pick a laptop thanks.

the msi with the AMD Dual-Core E-450 APU Platform has better graphics but the CPU is lacking compared to the acer's i3-2330M with hyperthreading.

I wasn't so sure about the CPU but that benches helped a lot . so Acer > MSI in everything except graphics card??
