Question: Transferring pics Droid -> PC

My boyfriend has an old Motorola MB855 that he has pics and videos on.

I believe the battery is shot. Is there a way to transfer pics/videos from the internal storage (Not SD card) of the phone to a pc without a working battery? USB, or anything.
