Questions about Lenovo Z510 i7

Hello, guys. I was wondering if the Lenovo Z510 740M is decent for running games at medium/high?

also, I wanted to know if the 1366x768 resolution would be better than 1920x1080 for this laptop with that gpu, as it may not be the strongest gpu, which one would provide better performance and advantage overall.

If there's difference between 1366x768 and 1920x1080, will it be effective for daily usage such as browsing and for me as a designer (I use photoshop/flash/vegas pro most of the time).

the 740m is more like a medium gpu so it might play some games at high. 1366x768 is good for browsing but you may run into trouble if you use photoshop and try to images with a high pixel resolution
