Quick receiver question

So I want to play a new game, Gone Home, through my receiver; however, it only has 2 channel stereo sound. If it matters, i have a pioneer rx-v865. I would like to simulate surround for this game, what is my best coarse of action? I have looked for Dolby Pro Logic, but I can't seem to find it. How would I go about finding it on a receiver? All I Can seem to find is the effects switcher and straight audio. The only thing I have found that takes advantage of the back speakers is 7 channel which only seems to put all left/right sounds through both the front left/right and back left/right, any other options like pro logic to better utilize all speakers?
