i have an hp notebooki bought it with a 4gb ram but inwanted to play good and fun games like gta v so i bought another ram but it was 2gb after a 54 days the 4gb no longer worked on my pc only the 2gb worked i tried exchanging with my friends but any 4gb chip wont work in my windows 10 64bit what am supposed to do

If different chips did not work in the system, the RAM slot is bad. You need to make sure that you test the RAM compatible with your system. Also running a 4 and 2 GB stick in the system is a bad idea, you would want two 4GB RAM sticks to run it in dual channel speeds.
