Random folders appeared in my HDD

I bought a retail copy of Windows 10 Pro and completely wiped both of my drives (C drive is SSD and D drive is HDD) and then installed the fresh Windows copy form a flash drive via the media creation tool. After downloading all of the needed software like winrar, notepad++ ant etc. I noticed 3 folders appear in my D disk (I attached a screenshot bellow) and they are bugging me because I like everything to look clean and tidy with no random folders. NOTE: I installed windows on the C drive (SSD). https/imgur.com/a/NO3axw9

Open the folder, click the View tab at the top
Select Options > Change folder and search options.
Select the View tab > Advanced settings > select Show hidden files, folders, and drives > OK.
