Random Ogre File found on my desktop

I Restarted my PC and I found a file named OGRE on my desktop. This file is a notepad and Ive used both my antivirus and they say no files are infected. I am just wondering if I should be worried about anything

OGRE is part of a coding language. You could get a convertor to be able to see it in XML. Does it have any body text or is it just blank?

Right click it and scan with whichever anti-virus you have. If it comes up clean, simply delete it. I doubt it's a serious threat.
