I have got an Asus G551JW laptop. (i5, gtx960, 8gb RAM)
Sometimes while playing random flickering pixels show up on the monitor, especially while playing League of Legends.
I send to Asus service three times, but it didnt help. They change mother board two times, and ram, and the screen modul. OS were changed, i tried 3 different operation system, and a lot of driver.

I really need help, i dont know what to do.

Hi,

Have you tried doing a clean install of the graphics card driver?
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
- Reboot your laptop once the driver has been installed then test it again.
- If the same problem will persist do also reinstall Windows.
- And if reinstalling Windows will not work I would contact ASUS again for a display replacement.

i have tried to reinstall drivers at least 4 times but it did not helped, neither reinstalling the windows :/ Asus service can not do anything with this problem, they are really inkompetents :(

If the problem comes Event log signs this Error:

The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\UVMLiteController0x1
Graphics Exception: ESR 0x405840=0xa0000048
