razer headset- too low psu?

So I have a razer USB headset and I've been having problems with the audio. constant tearing and glitching ect. I've tried it on another pc and it worked fine. Could it be that my psu is too low wattage/voltage for my headset? I have a corsair 450CX (I think) and a graphics card and CPU that have quite high wattage. I have noticed it gets much worse on high CPU usage.

USB power is a tiny tiny part of what the power supply puts out. Try a few USB ports if you have not yet, also check for updated audio and chipset drivers.

Thanks but apparently my problem is high DPC latency. I'm currently in the process of trying to find the offending driver but there doesn't seem to be any
