Razer Kraken Chroma 7.1 No sound

I have had the Razer Kraken Chroma for a few days and they had worked perfectly the first day i used them. However now when I listen to music on google chrome or play games like counter strike the sound cuts out completely after 10 minutes and doesnt't cut back unless I unplug them and plug them back in.

I have tried all 6 ports on the back of my computer and 4 on the front same issues for all. I have noticed that certain programs crash the audio quicker I'm debating if its a software issue or the headset is just faulty. I tried reinstall Razer Synapse and even reinstalling windows 8.1 and nothing seems to work.

I just fully un installed Razer Synapse and I have had no problems.
