Hi
So recently I have bought a Razer Kraken Pro Neon (about a week ago)
it has been great until today when windows decided that it doesn't want to recognize that the microphone is there.
When I am on my phone it works perfectly fine.


Also on one of my computers the microphone was really echoy. but when I used the combined jack on my laptop for a little while it work fine with the microphone working great.
