Im on a mac os x (if specifics are needed ask please) And i bought one a while back, mic never picked up finally got around to getting Razer to send another pair to me. STILL NOT WORKING? i have tried every combo of the cords and it just wont pick up in my devices/sound options. Im very frustrated they refuse to give me a refund but willingly will send more headphones. The audio is great. Please help? send an email/response to wickidraven@gmail.com

If that is a Mac laptop then you will need a 4 pole trrs 3.5mm jack that combines headphones and microphone and not the standard 3 pole trs 3.5mm jack.
