Razer Synapse doesn't recognize DeathAdder mouse

I've tried reinstalling/rebooting aswell as replugging the USB contact multiple times, nothing seems to work. Synapse recognizes my BlackWidow keyboard aswell as Kraken headphones, but my mouse doesn't show up? It doesn't say anything when I plug it in, like I didn't plug it in at all, otherwise the mouse works just fine, I just want to be able to change the settings on it. Any ideas on what to try?

I'm having a similar problem. I found a "solution" online to close all razer programs, then unplug them, then uninstall all razer synapse programs, then restart computer, then reinstall. It's taking a butt ton of time to install the update though after installing the software. 1% per minute about.. good luck

I'm sorry to say I don't have a solution although I do also have this problem. Did you find a fix?

I attempted Kyle_35's fix, but it doesn't seem to have worked, so I suppose we'll only have to wait for another suggestion.
