Question Rca tablet factory reset

I have just factory reset my RCA tablet. Data wipe was completed and I selected to reboot system but it just stuck on the startup screen

Do you know the specific model number of the device? What method did you use to perform the reset?

I did volume up and power button. Wipe data/factory reset then reboot system. Data was erased and then nothing happens

Was the device working before the reset?

A bit late to the convo, but if you haven't tried it already, I'd suggest performing a second factory reset. I want to say I had a similar issue with my Viking Pro, but I can't recall now.
