RCA tablet not working

I TRIED HOLDING MY DAUGHTERS TABLET OR THE BUTTONS AND IT STILL WONT WORK
IT WAS WORKING YESTERDAY AND WHEN IT DIED IT WOULD NOT CHARGE OR TURN BACK ON IT IS LESS THAN A MONTH OLD I HAVE NO WARRENTY I DID NOT GET IT HELP OR IS IT GARBAGE

Try a different charger. Aside from that, you'd have to get it looked at, but an RCA tablet would be cheap enough that the cost of someone looking at it would be same or more than just replacing it.

1.Push the power button for 10 minutes straight don't take your finger off. 2.Press the power button and volume button it may take a few tries but it should work. 3.Charge it for 4-5 hours then take a needle, tooth pick, or whatever small thing that can go in the reset button hole and hold for 1-60 seconds.
