RCA tablet stuck on tap talk

I did a hard reset but no longer know th synked goggle account . Search online showed to hold 2 fingers on screen to turn on tap talk which it did but wouldn’t go past page 2 of 4. While messing with it I got back to welcome page where it is stuck
