RCA Viking II changed itself to Malaysian language and acts possessed

I bought an RCA Viking II 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago it started acting possessed -jumping from program to program, automatically turning itself on, moving up and down the screen and then the language changed to Malaysian. I finally reset it, but it comes back to Malaysian language and I can't read anything. Anyone have a contact address/number for RCA?

It sounds like you have a tablet with some form of Virus or Malware on it.

If you just bought it, you should be able to contact the place you got it from and have them replace it. Most places give you from 3 weeks to 90 days. I would try there first.
