RCA Voyager 3 problems

I just bought a RCA Voyager 3 tablet for my daughter. It worked fine for a few days but after the battery went completely dead we charged it and now it stay o. A screen that says Voyager. How can I fix this to get it back to normal?

If it is that new take it back and get them to replace/exchange it. Also, be careful what she downloads as that can cause such problems.
