Solved! Realtek HD Audio Manager missing

Hello,
I understand that there are a few threads on the Realtek HD Audio Manager. I have tried following the instructions, but I still am not making any progress here, as I still can't find the HD Audio manager anywhere.
I am trying to install the manager because there is no enhancements tab for the microphone section., no matter what I try. Any help is appreciated.

Need to list your laptop brand and model as well as the operating system. Any Realtek drivers and options would come from the laptop support site.

Oh, I realize now that the one I selected may not work with my model. I downloaded the driver from the maker's website, installed it and still no enhancements tab. I realize that Realtek HD Audio may not work with my system, so I downloaded the IDT HD Audio from the HP Website. Still no enhancements tab. I started the wrong question, maybe. My laptop is an HP EliteBook 840 G1 with Windows 10.

You can try uninstalling the Realtek program from the system and installing an older version from HP. There is quite a few different things that people tried, key is to keep in mind your computer model is not the same as the others so there may be differences in what you see.
