Solved! Realtek HD Audio Manager

Hello,
I went to the Audio Manager and I moved a few things around and now when I plug in my headphones to listen to music it sounds messed up. How do you fix the sounds to make it sound normal again?

Control Panel>Realtek HD Audio manager
In Speakers tab >default format>select the 24 Bist 48000Hz Studio default
In Digital Input>default format> select 16 Bits 44100 Hz CD quality
Digital output> default format> select 16 Bits 48000Hz Dvd Quality
Control panel>Sounds> Playback>Speakers >properties>Advanced select 24Bit 48000 Hz Studio Quality
