Realtek HD audio manager

How do I use this? I've been having problems with this software ever since my motherboard insisted I use it. I want to be able to use the little mixer attached to my x12 turtlebeach headset, but only the game volume works, not the chat volume. If I could get any help that would be great.

Did you try reinstalling your turtle beach software after you installed the HD audio manager? Sometimes one program will conflict with the other.
