Reasonable price and able to transform into a tablet

I want a laptop for animation thats a reasonable price and able to convert to a tablet. I want to be able to do animation and draw.

[Maybe 500? Nothing too expensive or in the $1,000's. As long as it has good battery and able to be used to draw, it should alright. It doesn't have to be something real fancy
