I bought the laptop back in January, it's an HP 355 g2 notebook and since 2 weeks ago it's been freezing randomly with this annoying looping sound playing endlessly and it won't restart itself i have to restart it myself. I don't know what am i supposed to do, it really is getting annoying at this point so i decided to ask for help in here.
The heat sensors are showing idle temps of approx 45 degrees celsius for the cpu and motherboard and 35-39 degrees for the hard drive. While playing games the temperatures jump to 65-70 (at max). I haven't received any bsods or error reports so i don't really know what to do. Please help me out
