Recently the picture on our Mitsubishi L75A91 TV is getting darker and darker. The TV is less than 4 years old. I've been told this is probably a bad light engine and that they don't make them anymore. Is that true? What can I do?

That is a DLP TV. Yes, the bulbs go bad after a while.
Replace the bulb.
