have you looked into rooting it? rooting enables you to do alot more with your phone (i.e. youtube downloader, root explorer, and it gives some app store apps more permissions and enables more features, such as go power master pro's smart cpu control feature)

as for games thats entirely dependent on your style of games, personally i like strategy games so id recommend grepolis, war of nations, etc.

Previously I owned Micromax Canvas 2 A110 and it was running above games without much lag. Your phone have better processor (300mhz more), so it should run heavy games. It also uses Mali-400 GPU that is good, better then Adreno 200 used in Galaxy S2. Give above games a try.
