Recommendations Laptop

I need a laptop for work under 1000$ but it needs to be speedy in multitasking web pages open and html creating and editing. Ideally need it to be able to have and use multiple windows open. Thank You

Any modern system with 8-16 GB of RAM will do this. If this is for work, I would get a nice business class system like a Lenovo T model. Just make sure you have a solid state drive in it.
