If you forgot your username, go to Facebook's website, click on "forgot my username", & follow the instructions.

If you forgot your password, go to Facebook's website, click on "forgot my password", & follow the instructions in your email to reset your password.

If you can't remember either one, contact Facebook. If you can't verify that you are who you claim you are, they won't be able to reset it, & neither will anyone else.
