Red Orchestra 2 Not Ranking Up?

I have been playing RO2 HOS a lot lately. I have been on the assault class for a while trying to rank up to a veteran to unlock the MKB 42(H) for the Germans or Axis and last night I finally did but on my profile and stats it says I have like 4250 points and to rank up you need 4133 and on my honor level I have 49 out of 50 but I don't think that matters so why is it not letting me rank up?
