Regarding BIOS and stat up issue

Hello,



I have dell vostro -1014 model. Last couple of days its having the problem in the boot up.



Some time boot up and going to windows screen after 2-5 minute again some green window came and shut down and restarted auto matically.



Next after restart its not going to windows screen instead of that showing error message like "Memory write/read failure at 00030140. read 03EC13EC expecting 03EC03EC. To resolve this issue try to reseat the memory .".



After 30 min if you login again its showing the windows screen but stop after 2-3 min.



I am trying to diagnosis the hardware but in middle its stop.



And i also formatted its working fine and if you shut down and open once a again the issue will come .



Please suggest what might the issue and what need to be done for fixing.

as it said "memoy write/read failure" I assume it's your ram. try other ram you have lying around or if you have 2 or more ram sticks, try running the system with only 1 ram stick
